Beautiful villa with private pool and fabulous views of the unique rock formations along the beach at Kolymbithres, the sea and Naoussa. The villa is fully air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and a loft, sleeps 6 adults + 4 children. INTERIOR: The villa is made up of a main floor with open plan living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a lower level with 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a loft which can sleep 4 children. Outdoor areas include a beautiful furnished verandah, ideal for dining al fresco, and a refreshing swimming pool with built-in steps. Main floor: The living room is spacious with a nicely furnished sitting area with a lovely fireplace and a dining area that seats 10 people. Unique architectural features adorn the rooms and the furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with marble countertops, a full-size fridge, an oven with electric stove, an extractor fan, a microwave, a dishwasher and plenty of storage space. 1st bedroom suite has a large built-in stone double bed with a specially designed mattress, an ensuite bathroom with a double shower and a sitting corner. French doors open to the main verandah with lovely views of Naoussa Bay. 2nd bedroom suite has a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom as well as french doors opening onto a private verandah that faces Naoussa bay. Another window looks out to the ancient, intriguing stone formations of Kolymbithres giving the room a variety of views. Lower level: 3rd bedroom suite with raised king-size bed from where guests will enjoy picturesque views of the sea to Naoussa. There is also an ensuite shower room with Cycladic details. Upper level loft: Wooden stairs lead from the main floor up to the loft. The loft is used as a television, recreation and music room and can accommodate up to 4 children with mattresses on the floor. EXTERIOR: The villa is surrounded by a wonderful verandah with 2 wooden pergolas and a large BBQ area. There are sitting areas in both the front and back areas, a truly marvelous spot for enjoying Greek summer living and al fresco meals. The private swimming pool is located below the verandah and has built-in steps as well as lovely sea views. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner and a WC which can be used for guest or children. Please note: non-smoking house.
